Lucion Environmental has province-wide coverage from our operational base in Lisburn, Co Antrim. Our Lisburn office has recently been particularly successful in working closely with housing associations to ensure the correct and safe handling of asbestos within residential housing, including the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE). The Northern Ireland asbestos surveying team are expertly trained in all services provided by Lucion, including asbestos material and air testing, noise testing and occupational health testing, asbestos surveys, environmental surveys, and asbestos management.

Centrally located, our Lisburn office allows us access to Belfast within 30 minutes and Derry within the hour. Our dedicated team are highly qualified and ultimately flexible to the client’s needs. We respect that many buildings are occupied during the day and so rather than having to close the building and prevent business, the Lucion Northern Ireland team are available to work nights or school holiday periods where necessary. Our services can also be extended to the Republic of Ireland and we have previously worked within the jurisdiction of the HSA (now Simplyhealth).
