untitled

Housing Association Calico Homes awarded Lucion with a 2 year framework deal in the Lancashire area with work beginning this month.

Calico Homes Limited owns and manages approximately 4,600 homes in Lancashire and aims to make a difference to the quality of life of individuals and the wider communities in which it works. Their property portfolio compromises of accommodation for families and older people, plus student housing, supported housing and services for homeless people.

The Framework will see Lucion provide asbestos surveying and analytical work carried out as part of Calico’s ongoing maintenance and repair procedure to their properties in the Lancashire area.

“We are thrilled to have won the framework with Calico and are looking forward to working closely with them in the future. Having worked in the private housing sector for many years now with clients including Circle Housing and Ravens Housing Trust, our clients can trust they are working alongside a company that prides itself on consistently delivering quality information and service”.  Director, Ross Boulton
