Following completion of your survey, you will be provided with a report detailing the location and properties of any asbestos found within the survey. You may then choose whether to encapsulate the asbestos containing material (ACM) or have it removed. If you choose to have it encapsulated, you may require annual reinspection surveys to ensure the ACMs are not damaged. Lucion do not carry out removal works due to the imporance of staying impartial to provide our clients with truly independent advice. However, once you have chosen to have asbestos removed, you can call us back to provide air monitoring services during the removal.
